OBJECTIVES OF THE 250-HOUR COURSE
Become a Yoga Dance instructor "Yoga Dance Air"
Learn to learn. Learn to teach.
Get to the heart of the fusion developed by Anasma since 2009 and find your way.
-
From yoga: we learn about breath awareness, anatomy, centering, self-connection, alignments, postures, the mind and ethics.
If you're a yogini, add fluidity and creativity to your transitions.
If you don't necessarily want to become a teacher tomorrow, but want to deepen your practice, you'll learn how to learn better.
-
From FRC(R) mobility: we use flexibility control, muscle strengthening, joint protection and longevity.
-
Contemporary, Oriental and Waving dance, and dance-theater: we focus on fluidity, openness, creativity, coordination, projection, expressivity, dynamics and relationship to space.
If you come from a dance background, add a yogic string to your bow to condition your students and give them balance.
-
From Sophrology: we take the work of visualization and intention.
WHY TRAIN WITH Yoga Dance Air (R)
-
You will gain greater confidence in yourself, your practice, your path of inquiry, and your ability to create and teach. Learn a methodology for learning. Learn to think and create independently—to be free. You will be guided by an international expert in movement and fusion. I have spent 35 years performing and working in studios, over 10 years in continuous training, and have fully completed my professional certifications. I have been a guest instructor in over 40 countries for nearly 20 years. You will receive a training manual, PDFs, and audio files. You will have access to official videos from the sessions. You will join a WhatsApp community for exchange and receive personalized follow-up support. You will receive a list of sources of inspiration and bibliographic references to continue your research independently. The full 250-hour training is recognized by Yoga Alliance International, making you eligible for RYT-200 certification. Certification is awarded upon completion of all 5 modules and passing the Module 5 exam, which consists of a practical demonstration and a written test. Each individual 50-hour module is recognized by Yoga Alliance International as Continuing Education. After the training, you will be required to complete three months of online classes, participating both as a student and as an observer. These hours will count toward the Belly Dance and Fusion teacher training program led by Assia and Anasma, which is recognized by the CID (International Dance Council), an official partner of UNESCO.

Benefit from the synthesis of my 35 years of movement experience, 20 years of teaching, and 10 years of professional training.
I have been dancing since the age of five; sharing movement and performing on stage have always felt like home to me. Having personally invested over €30,000 and a decade in training—including business school, a four-year State Diploma in Contemporary Dance, certifications in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga (E-RYT 500 recognized by Yoga Alliance International), De Gasquet prenatal/postnatal yoga, aerial arts, trapeze, and sophrology—and drawing on international performance and teaching experience across more than 40 countries since 2006, I distill this knowledge to give you the keys to becoming a "movement polyglot."
You will learn to integrate these techniques and explorations into your classes, read your students' bodies to better support them, and make your sessions truly unmissable. This "Original Yoga Dance" training combines breathwork, floor-barre exercises, stretching, and core strengthening. It fosters creativity, fluidity, and well-being.
Make every class unique and tailored by adapting to the energy and needs of your students. With fusion running through my veins, I invite you to experience a multifaceted approach to movement—one that offers both structure and liberation. Let yourself be guided through an intensive weekend of practice.
In 2009, I began studying the De Rose Method in New York, which featured choreographed sequences of advanced asanas set to music. Upon returning to France, I became a Yoga Alliance-certified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher (trained by Ashtanga Yoga Paris) and a state-certified contemporary dance instructor.
A pioneer in the genre—having taught at major studios in Paris and Lyon such as LAX, Yoga Village, Studio Harmonic, Small, Fit, and Ananas et Asana—I created and developed my YOGA DANCE AIR® style (the original Yoga Dance), which has since been widely adopted by others.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
the YOGA DANCE AIR TEACHER TRAINING?
-
This course is designed to train yoga and/or dance teachers who are at the beginning of their teaching career, either who have taught little and do not feel legitimate, or who have not yet taught.
Accessible to practitioners who wish to become teachers, Module A gives you the basics, the foundation of my technique. It will give you a solid grounding in breathing, perineum, balance, directions and movement qualities. Even if I'm aiming it at first-time teachers, those who already teach will find it a good review of the basics, a different way of explaining things and a starting point for my technique.
Module B refine yoga techique, makes you understand alinement, principles of each posture and how to connect them efficiently/ or artistically.
Module C takes it up a notch, and is clearly more technical and physically advanced, requiring more endurance. It will challenge more advanced practitioners with arms balances, more coordination, smoother floor transitions, jumps, turns... It will prepare you to teach more complex movements. If you're already an experienced teacher, this module is for you. If you're a young teacher from Module 1, don't worry, it's the journey that counts, not the destination, and it will give you the tools to advance both yourself and your students.
As I believe in interdisciplinary dialogue, module D is designed to be more "artistic" and choreo-yoga-raphic. Unlike the first two modules, this one will be a closed-group, face-to-face session only. I'm planning to invite people from the first two modules, as well as experienced Oriental fusion dance or yoga teachers, on the basis of an application (CV/motivation letter). The idea is to create a cross-disciplinary, cross-level encounter, and to go, in an intensive, face-to-face format, to co-create, as if we were a company for a week. This will give you the tools for group creation, the opportunity to see group dynamics, and to put your creative skills to work. Ultimately, the aim is to create dynamic, inspiring classes.
Finally, Module 5 is dedicated to pedagogy. Those who have completed Modules A, B, C, D are now ready to synthesize what they have learned and pass it on to others.
-
It is of course possible to be
a dance teacher wishing to discover the basics of yoga, finding power, depth and gentleness.
or a vinyasa or hatha or yin teacher looking to develop flow, creativity and transitions
The encounter between our universes will be very enriching.

This course is for the curious, open to multidisciplinarity and intercultural dialogue.
If you come to this course, it's because you're necessarily open-minded.
If you're not interested in becoming a teacher, but would like to take part in the days or modules, you're more than welcome. Morning practice is always guided by me, then we'll have a theoretical time that will allow you to go deeper into a subject. We need to teach real-life participants and observe bodies in motion. You'll rub shoulders with future teachers and learn to deepen your technique.

The hours will count towards the Teacher Training Belly Dance and Fusion Oriental Dance with Assia and Anasma, recognized by the CID International Dance Center, an official partner of UNESCO.
Each separate 50-hour module is recognized by the Yoga Alliance International as Continuing Education.
By following these training modules with Anasma, you complete a double curriculum, as each module is recognized as Continuing Education by the Yoga Alliance International.
If you choose to complete the 250 hours with Anasma in addition to the 60 hours recognized by the CID/UNESCO partner, you will also be a certified "YOGA DANCE AIR (R)" teacher recognized by the International Yoga Alliance.

TESTIMONIALS
Mosana, Switzerland
I really enjoyed YOGA DANCE AIR (R) teacher training!
In addition to learning and receiving many technical tools and teaching resources, I discovered another perspective on Yoga (respectful of traditions) and its harmonious fusion with Dance!
A complete, well-balanced and unprecedented training program that I highly recommend for anyone who's curious, motivated and ready to invest passionately alongside Anasma!
Romane, France
I leave this training with much more than just technical skills: I leave with greater confidence, higher self-esteem, and immense spiritual and intellectual enrichment.
Karen, Drôme
"For some time now I've been looking for a workshop where dance and yoga coexist - without creating a discipline that is neither one nor the other - and where the teacher is competent in both fields.
Anasma has exceeded my expectations! She excels in these 2 disciplines.
What's more, she's educational, cheerful and always ready to listen.
This intensive course was an enchanted interlude, a true immersion from which I retain wonderful memories of bonds forged and caring, friendships sealed, gentle surpassing of oneself, games, laughter, daring...
I'm also left with this little taste of 'coming back'!"
Oriolina, France
Anasma, in my eyes, you are my mentor; you have inspired me since the very first time I saw one of your videos, and you are even more incredible in person.
That is why I wanted to join one of your training programs.
Having taken the Air Yoga Dance instructor course, I am completely won over by the tools provided for online learning, the clarity of the content, the wealth of knowledge, the professionalism of the various body movement techniques, and the research and expertise behind the movement—all the result of your years of experience. You always cite your sources, and your anecdotes add such authenticity to the knowledge you share. Plus, you can physically demonstrate that knowledge yourself. We were often blown away by your physical abilities—and, even more so, by your humility. There is never a sense of hierarchy; you guide us and are fully present without ever hogging the spotlight.
Despite a busy schedule and a tightly timed agenda, you were always attentive and highly adaptable to each of our individual life constraints.
Honestly, thank you for this life-changing experience with you and for this fascinating training course—which was perhaps too short; I would have loved to keep learning more and more.
See you soon.
Piper, USA
“I am a Yoga Instructor, barre instructor and dance studying Horton style dance. My goal was to be a better instructor for my students. I watch the online classes for inspiration for myself for dance and teaching. Anasma, you see the capabilities that we don't see in ourselves. You make us all believe in our own capabilities. You are gifted with a sixth sense of teaching that is rare.
Every time you would say, "yes, you CAN do it Piper!", I would finally believe that I could. Thanks to you, I released my fear of "what if I don't do it right?" You saw through us. You heard us. You guided us.”
Mathieu, Toulouse
"The yogart course I took with Anasma was an incredible human adventure for me!
I've recently taken up dance and yoga, both of which interest me enormously, so I thought why not! But I'm a stiff beginner and I felt like crap, so it was a real challenge for me! But what a surprise it was to find such incredibly benevolent guidance! Not only was I able to progress and surpass myself, but above all I experienced a human adventure that I'll never forget!
Anasma has the ability to take you gently, with joy and simplicity, to explore new horizons that I never imagined! It was a real wake-up call for me! I didn't think I was capable of all that!
And above all, it was the driving force that kept me going!
The combination of dance and yoga is such a blessing for the body and mind that it pushed me to continue these practices in order to progress and come back for more!
Whether you're a beginner or an expert, don't hesitate to come and experience an incredible adventure!"
Prisca, Paris
Anasma, I really wanted to thank you for sharing and passing on your knowledge. Your teaching style is exceptional.
You know how to put your students "in charge of their learning". I didn't see the time go by, everything was so well put together. I was really dreading this session with my health problems, but you worked your magic. Thanks for all your tips. I feel completely remotivated.
Thank you very much 🩷
Laure, Lyon
I took part in the Yoga Danse / Yog'art intensive week organized by Anasma in 2018. It was a discovery for me, a yogi for a short year, athletic but not having danced for a very long time. The least I can say is that these few days enabled me to unleash my creativity, create connections between (different) yoga and (different) dance, bring more roundness and elasticity to the movements, dare to transgress the boundaries of these practices and invite the body to express itself before the mind. I didn't think I'd be able to improvise solo and duo movements in such a short space of time, or even lead the group! Anasma was able to put us at ease right from the start, creating a wonderful energy and we experienced some intense moments, rich in emotion and sometimes even tears of happiness! What a pleasure to be able to move, dance, meditate, express oneself and share every day in beautiful, caring company. Anasma is a multipotential artist with infinite resources! I have fond memories and wonderful friendships. Thank you Anasma 🙏
Lise, Paris
"A great training with Anasma! As a dancer, I was able to discover yoga during this workshop and I really enjoyed the fusion of these two disciplines. Anasma is a passionate artist and a great teacher who transmits her art with great kindness. We were a small group and very quickly bonds were forged between each participant. The program was very varied, rich and structured, while leaving plenty of room for creativity and fun. During this workshop I had fun while developing my technique and knowledge of my body in dance movement".

-
Yes, that is possible. Each module can be taken separately. For example, modules A, B, and C in one year, then D and E the following year.
It is preferable to do Module A, B, C before you do Module D and E.
However, it is still preferable to stick with a single promotion if possible.
-
You can pay in one lump sum or in several automatic payments. Once you have entered your card details, the payment will be taken automatically. Please note, however, that if you change your credit card, you will need to contact us.
-
Depending on the year and group, modules D and E are offered either online or in person. When both options are available, it is always wonderful to meet in person. That said, transportation, food, and accommodation costs must be taken into account. Therefore, I also offer these modules online to reduce the financial burden. However, it is mandatory to meet in person for at least one of the five modules.
